ONET signed a contract with the Ministry outlining its positive action plan according to the three priority themes: this 12-action plan is based on the findings announced followed by the measures envisaged with an objective and the budget ONET plans to allocate to these actions and the timeframe for completion.
It was then that the Ministry awarded ONET a grant so that we could carry out the planned actions. We regularly send the Ministry a progress report on the measures we have taken within the company.

Ministry of Equal Opportunity

Following our distinction at the Diversity Awards, ONET Luxemburg was contacted by the Luxembourg Ministry for Equal Opportunities, which wanted us to take part in its "Positive Actions" program in favor of gender equality. The objectives of gender diversity and professional equality between women and men represent one of the major challenges for ONET's management Luxemburg. That's why we responded positively to the Ministry's call.
The implementation of these actions could not be achieved without prior consultation with the women and men who work at ONET Luxemburg.

The positive action program thus covers three priority themes, namely :
- equal treatment of women and men (recruitment; training and qualifications; remuneration; corporate culture; sexual and moral harassment),
- equality of women and men in decision-making (professional training and promotion; equal participation in decision-making),
- equality of women and men in reconciling professional and private life (work organization; professional reintegration; reconciling a managerial function and private life).
