Initiated by the Onet Group, POP Day aims to raise our teams' awareness of occupational risk prevention and safety in the workplace. On Friday, October 18, safety was at the heart of our actions at all sites 🦺. Thanks to this initiative, we continue to promote a strong and collaborative safety culture.

✨ At Onet Luxemburg, we set up a fun and engaging animation around the Vigipoly board game 🎲, designed by our QSE department.
The aim was to enable our teams to control on-site risks while having fun 🎉.
The animation was led by our site managers 👩‍💼👨‍💼, accompanied by members of the CODIR and the QSE department 👥, in an atmosphere that was both instructive and convivial 🤝.

For 2025, we will continue to favor interactive media such as Vigipoly, which encourage the active involvement of our employees 💪.
The success of this edition encourages us to continue in this direction for the next POP Day 🚀!
