At Onet Luxemburg, we have been developing a Safety approach for several years. Aware that we need to continue strengthening our Health & Safety culture, we decided to carry out a "Health & Safety Culture" diagnostic to identify our strengths and areas for improvement, and thus better adapt our approach and tools to mobilize and win the support of all our managers and teams.

This diagnostic, carried out on January 23-24-25, 2024, also enabled us to measure the operational effectiveness of the actions and approaches already deployed with our teams. Following on from this diagnosis, we wished to be accompanied in defining, aligning and initiating the evolution of our health and safety approach.

Accompanied by PREVANCE 💡, we had the pleasure of taking part in Impulsion day, dedicated to strengthening the Health and Safety Culture within Onet.

🔍 Program of the day:

🎯Defining the Vision of our approach and the associated program: Identifying the reasons for our approach, translating them into concrete issues, and determining how to embody them and make them federative.
🤝 Strengthening Cohesion around this approach: Sharing a vision and a common goal, improving communication and mutual aid, encouraging listening, collaboration, cooperation and solidarity, living an experience of complicity in the service of a common goal.
📢 Develop Communication of this approach and the associated program: Build the communication plan and define the necessary media.

All members of the Management Committee took part in this day to guarantee maximum involvement for future decisions.
