Onet Luxemburg has taken a new strategic step by announcing the acquisition of Seris Luxemburg, a recognized player in human security in the Grand Duchy, completed on October 31, 2025. This major operation, involving an entity generating sales of 14 million euros, consolidates Onet Security Luxemburg 's position on the national market and illustrates the Group's determination to meet the growing security challenges of public and private customers.

Combining forces for operational excellence

With the integration of nearly 250 Seris Luxemburg agents, Onet Luxemburg is strengthening its workforce, joining the 80,000-strong Onet Group, including 6,000 security specialists. This merger will enable Onet Security Luxemburg to expand its capabilities and expertise, particularly in the fields of guarding, dog teams, mobile rounds and interventions, fire safety and event security.

Thanks to this complementary approach, the company is now in a position to offer a more comprehensive, responsive range of services, tailored to the protection needs of sensitive sites, commercial buildings and events.
