We are delighted to share an important milestone in our commitment to equal opportunity and inclusion. On August 28, 2023, we signed a charter of commitment with representatives of the Femmes en détresse association, Ms Andrée Birnbaum, General Manager, and Lena VANDIVINIT, her deputy.

This charter formalizes our partnership to support women victims of violence in their return to employment. We are committed to integrating their applications into our recruitment process, offering secure contracts and respecting their choice of transfer.
We will also raise awareness among our supervisory teams to ensure their successful integration.
