Every year at Onet, we are committed to promoting a dynamic and inclusive safety culture. In 2023, we launched the Onet Safety Championship, an initiative that brought our teams together in a spirit of collaboration and friendly competition.

The Championship was designed as an interactive and engaging way of involving all our employees in promoting best safety practices. Each month, our employees were given the opportunity to test their knowledge and understanding of safety protocols through online quizzes based on real-life situations encountered in their day-to-day work.

We are proud to note the enthusiasm and constant investment of our employees throughout this challenge. Their active participation and dedication have helped to raise safety awareness within our organization, while fostering a culture where safety is a priority shared by all.

In recognition of their efforts, the winning teams in each group were rewarded with gift vouchers, but beyond the material rewards, the real success lies in creating a committed community aware of the importance of safety.
