We had the pleasure of taking part in an animation on the importance of a tidy workspace, led by our QSE assistant Sylvain MERNY. 🧑‍💼

💡 First, we discussed the importance of having an organized office:
Increased productivity 📈
Stress reduction 🧘
Time saving ⏳
Professional image 🏢
Improved safety 🚧

Then, Sylvain introduced us to the 5S method: practice of optimizing the working environment
1. Seiri (Sort): Eliminate unnecessary
2. Seiton (Tidy up): Organize space efficiently
3. Seiso (Clean): Maintain a clean environment
4. Seiketsu (Maintain order): Standardize good practices
5. Shitsuke (Follow): Encourage discipline

To put these principles into practice, we applied the 5S method to a randomly selected office. Together, we sorted, tidied and cleaned, demonstrating the positive impact of this method. 🌟

The activity was enthusiastically received by allOnet employees present Luxemburg, we are now motivated to keep our workspaces clean and well organized.
