As part of its expansion, Onet Cleaning & Services, a service provider for the cleaning and related industries, is looking for an Inspector.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for relaying our operational strategy to all Onet Cleaning & Services teams and to your customer portfolio.

Your missions

• Leading, managing and supervising several teams (Team Leaders and Maintenance Workers)
• Work planning and organization based on schedules and absences
• Quality control of the services provided, i.e. checking that the tasks set out in the specifications have been carried out correctly on all the sites in the customer portfolio.
• Interface with customers and anticipate their needs
• A vision of continuous improvement
• Quotations
• Ensure compliance with and application of safety instructions on the various sites via prevention plans and monitoring of authorizations.
• Inventory management of products and supplies
• Material management
• Administrative tasks

Profile 

• Good knowledge of cleaning methods and control of equipment
• Responsible, flexible, autonomous, discreet and respectful of quality standards and safety rules
• Pay attention to detail and take initiative
• First experience in a similar position, ideally in the cleaning or service sector. Weak experience accepted if highly motivated
• French required, other languages an asset
• Good computer skills (Pack Office - Excel)
• B driving license required

Terms and conditions 

• Position to be filled immediately in Luxemburg Gasperich, with occasional travel throughout the Grand Duchy.
• Open-ended contract 40 hours/week
