Job description

As part of its expansion, Onet Cleaning & Services, a leading provider of cleaning and related services, is looking for an Assistant Inspector.

Reporting to the Operations Department, you will be responsible for a portfolio of cleaning and multiservice customers.

Your missions

Management: Leading the teams and sites under your responsibility. 

Technical: Organization and management of the worksite (personnel, equipment, products, work schedules) to ensure compliance with specifications.

Sales: Constant contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, promotion and collaboration with the sales department to produce estimates for additional and exceptional work.

Management/Administration: Verification of tasks and compliance with specifications, compliance with service schedules, reporting on the status of one's activity.

Human resources management: processing employment contract applications, overall management of assigned staff, training of agents, control and management of time-clocks.

Health and safety: Participate in drawing up prevention plans, monitor authorizations, comply with procedures.

Profile 

You have a Bac+2/Bac+3 education.

You have a proven track record in management, site supervision and team leadership, ideally in the service sector.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to work as part of a team

You have a strong sense of responsibility and results orientation
