Invoicing Manager - M/F
Job description
As part of its development, Onet Luxemburg , a service provider for cleaning and associated professions, is looking for a Customer Billing Manager.
Reporting to the subsidiary's headquarters and directly to the Administrative & Financial Manager, your mission will be to ensure the efficiency and optimization of the customer cycle, from the creation of the customer account to the proper collection of receivables.
You will ensure the production, control, and monitoring of invoicing operations in compliance with procedures and deadlines. You will have complete autonomy in carrying out the tasks assigned to you.

Missions
- Configure customer accounts in the ERP (creation of customer files, cost centers, contracts), in conjunction with the sales department
- Establish contractual and punctual invoicing, including: reconciliation with work orders to ensure that all services have been invoiced, production of supporting annexes to the invoicing
- Ensure the management and monitoring of the monthly invoicing journal as well as the provisions table
- Carry out preparatory work related to various price revisions and customer contract revisions (letters, updating of tables, circulars, etc.)
- Ensure the collection of receivables by: managing customer reminders, following up on customer complaints and managing customer contract terminations
- Monitor KPIs and analyze customer payments daily (reconciliation with bank accounts) with a view to optimizing DSO
- Regulatory monitoring and implementation of legislative developments
- Intervene in the context of a digitalization project: by optimizing the customer process allowing automation of invoicing in the ERP
Profile
- Holder of a BAC +3/5 type training in Management with a minimum of 5 years of experience within a billing department
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and good writing skills.
- You have a strong taste for process optimization
- You are proactive and autonomous
- French language required, fluency in English is a real asset
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, invoicing software, etc.)
