As part of its expansion, Onet Cleaning & Services, a service provider for the cleaning and related industries, is looking for a Controller.

Reporting directly to the Inspector, you will be responsible for relaying our operational strategy to all Onet Cleaning & Services teams and to your customer portfolio.

Missions

• Quality control of the services provided, i.e. checking that the tasks set out in the specifications have been carried out correctly on all the sites in the customer portfolio.
• Training, integration, management and supervision of several teams of cleaners in the field
• Ensure that safety instructions are applied at all sites
• Inventory management of products and supplies
• Material management
• A vision of continuous improvement
• Administrative tasks

Profile

• Good knowledge of cleaning methods and control of equipment
• Responsible, flexible, autonomous, discreet and respectful of quality standards and safety rules
• Pay attention to detail and take initiative
• First experience in a similar position, ideally in the cleaning or service sector. Weak experience accepted if highly motivated
• French required, other languages an asset
• Good computer skills (Pack Office - Excel)

Terms and conditions 

• Position to be filled immediately in Luxemburg , with occasional travel throughout the Grand Duchy.
• Open-ended contract 40 hours/week - Morning hours
